I've used Sir Grout twice on my rental property, and both times they exceeded my expectations. The first instance involved cleaning and sealing natural stone showers (including slate)They did a fantastic job which became even more apparent 18 months later when tenants who never cleaned moved out and cleaning was still a breeze.

The second instance was an emergency, as I needed a number of issues addressed in a day after tenants moved out leaving ground-in dirt in the floors, massive gouges in the floors, drilled holes in tile, etc. After becoming aware of my predicament (new tenants moving in the next day), the owner of Sir Grout rearranged their Friday schedule so my new tenants move-in could go on as planned. Tre from Sir Grout stayed late Friday night getting the floors squared away while I ran all over the house fixing other things. I would not hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone.

We hired Sir Grout to grout and polish out master bathroom shower. Overall they did a great job. Ann came out for the estimate and gave us a realistic idea of what it would cost. We ended up doing everything she suggested. We made an appointment soon after. The day before the appointment, we got a note from Dan saying there was an emergency in the tech's family and we needed to reschedule. Slightly annoying, but not the end of the world and definitely understandable. Ended up rescheduling for the next Sunday, a day where I assume they don't regularly do work, but they came. Shows that they will do what it takes to satisfy their customers in my opinion. Trey did a great job, a total pro. It's been a month now and it still looks great. Highly recommend these guys.

Sir Grout was great. They cleaned, sealed and did grout work on the tile floor in my kitchen. The initial quote was easy to schedule and all was explained to me, and then scheduling the cleaning was done immediately. The gentleman who came to do the cleaning and grout work was on time, friendly and did a great job. He did a good job explaining how I should care for the tile floor before he left. Sir Grout's stellar reputation is well deserved. I will definitely use them again in the future.
