Kevin from Sir Grout replaced the corroding grout and caulk in the base of the shower that was causing a leak. He had a color that matched the tiles well, and the base and corners look like new. The leak was sealed, and We are very happy. In addition, He replaced the awful seal around the kitchen sinks and cleaned and resealed the backsplash. Yesterday I had the kitchen tile resealed after 17 years. To say that the grout had taken on an ugly/dirty color would be an understatement. Kevin was my technician and he was fantastic. He was informative throughout the process, helping me choose an appropriate grout color and ensuring that I was completely satisfied before leaving. Great experience hiring Sir Grout to restore the travertine tile in my shower and on my bathroom floors. Sales rep Ann provided a detailed quote and technician Yasmin completed the work. Yasmin arrived on time and explained the work he was going to do. It was clear he is very experienced working with travertine - he was very professional and detail focused. The tiles were restored and looked as good as the new!

Kevin came by to repair cracks in our grout and did an excellent job. Really friendly service and explained the process and benefits in detail. He took care to make sure the work was done in the way we wanted it and the end result is a much better looking shower that is set for the long haul.
