We had Sir Grout do polishing and sealing of our kitchen granite countertop. The counter was 9 years old and had never been re-sealed since it was new. Ryan came out, did a thorough assessment, explained what he recommended to do, and provided a quote for the work. The job was scheduled quickly, and the price was reasonable.

On the day of service, our technician called to let me know he would arrive about an hour early. He was there as promised, and he completed the work in less than 90 minutes. The counter top was noticeably smoother after it was done. Our tech informed us what care should be taken during the first 24 hours (no washing). He said that no additional refinishing work should be required for at least 10 years.

All in all, the work provided by Sir Grout was flawless, and there were no delays or surprises. I would recommend Sir Grout for anyone looking for tile or countertop re-finishing work.

I found Sir Grout by looking online and reading reviews. Their overwhelmingly positive reviews prompted me to give them a call. Their response time, knowledgeable estimator, and clear and thorough communication about their services, costs and policies were admirable. I ended up scheduling them twice for service and they were excellent. My vintage powder room that has tile on the walls and floor and a marble counter top that was dull and stained now sparkles.

The estimator Ann and both technicians Eddie and Jasmin cautioned me about the stains on the marble which are very old. I listened to them and did not have any unrealistic expectations. The stains did not come out but they did lighten up and with the entire counter top cleaned and polished and all of the tile cleaned, re-grouted and sealed it all looks fantastic. I am very happy that I have found such a good company. Each person I dealt with was very knowledgeable and professional but also very personable. Each of them arrived promptly and gave me ample time to ask them questions. Good customer service is obviously a priority for Sir Grout. I will hire them again in the future.
