We had a shower pan and the powder room regrouted. Both rooms had very small tiles with a LOT of small grout lines. The builder grouted the tiles way too low, so dirt and debris constantly got caught in the cracks. Also, it was uncomfortable to step on. Sir Grout used an epoxy to fill/seal the grout lines. It looks great and feels MUCH better under foot. I was a bit hesitant to use an epoxy b/c I was concerned that it wouldn't look right. But it's not noticeable at all. Looks great.

Our marble floor and grout needed cleaning and resealing. The prior owners of our home had the floors buffed to a high shine, making the floor dangerously slippery. Mario, our technician, was able to hone the floor and apply a sealer that drastically reduced the slipperiness. We also chose to have the grout painted as the original color clashed with the floor tiles. The color recommended by the estimator (Ann) and Mario matches the tile beautifully. The matching epoxy grout applied in the shower also looks great. It is like we have a brand new bathroom!

We also had the kitchen counters cleaned, sealed and caulked. When the caulk dried unevenly in the kitchen, Mario came back out to fix it the next day.

Mario was great, he was on time, answered my (MANY) questions, and gave great tips for keeping my kitchen and bathroom marble in top shape for years to come.

Mario and Jonathan were fantastic. They were on time, worked in a clean matter and did a superior job. They also went above and beyond - our main door knob was a little finicky and one of our sink drains was a little slow to drain. They fixed both the door knob and snaked the drain. At the end, they walked us through the work in good detail and left the place spotless. I will definitely recommend Sir Grout to family and friends and use them again.

Kevin was here for a good portion of the day working diligently on my bathrooms and laundry room. The difference with my floors between when he started and when he finished is AMAZING. The first time I used Sir Grout services for my bath tile cleaning and grouting, I was more than pleased with the results. The tile looked brand new. Many years later, the bath tile and grout needed some touch up. Dan and his staff once again did a great job.

We had our kitchen floor regrouted by Dan and the great team at Sir Grout, including Leslie, and Marissa, who found us a time that worked with our move-in date. What a difference this work made! We had been thinking we had to replace the tile but voila, after their consultation we felt confident to go with them and the grout was professionally replaced and sealed, making the floor pop and no new floor necessary! Other quotes didn't compare. Highly recommend for professionalism and quality; worth every penny.

Kevin did an amazing job of making three bathrooms look brand new again. The tile in our first floor bathroom was very dingy even though we had scrubbed the floor with a special brush and lots of elbow grease. What made the difference was the deep cleaning followed by sealing the grout with a sealant colored to match the existing grout. In two other bathrooms he caulked the showers to keep mold at bay and look snazzy. Great work!
