Sir Grout came to polish my Creme Marfil marble bathroom countertop, hone and polished my marble floor and shower floor. My bathroom is 7 years old, but from the previous owner there were many water spots that wouldn't come out, scratches and soap scum on the shower floor. Mario was my technician. He was amazing and gave me many tips to keep it beautiful. The job exceeded my expectations. The bathroom looks brand new. I highly recommend Mario.

Was having issues with mold/mildew in my bathtub. Got sick of trying every bathroom cleaner with bleach, and other chemicals, to solve the issue. Sir Grout was able to re-grout the entire tub, and provide a more superior solution to silicone caulk (very price friendly). They also recommended the right cleaners that are low PH, and are less harmful to grout/caulk. Very happy with the work.

The crew of Josh, Andrew and Frido arrived at the scheduled time and did an amazing job for us. Not only were they professional and polite but very skilled at their profession. We had all our bathrooms and tile floors done throughout our house. They totally restored everything to look like brand new. They worked and got it done in one day. I would highly recommend them to do any tile/grout job again. And all at a very fair price.

My marble bathroom had some spots from when my nephew got sick on the floor. Ann gave me a quote which was a third the price of my other quotes. She was very helpful in giving me tips for some other work I may need done. The guy who came out did a great job on the floor although he could have been more careful with my door jamb and wood floor in the hallway. I still give them 5 stars and recommend Sir Grout.

I recently had the grout in the shower in one bathroom and the tub/shower in another bathroom deep cleaned, some grout repaired, corners and base re-caulked with epoxy caulk, and then sealed. The two technicians, Josh and Frido were friendly, obviously experienced, and worked hard during this job. Josh went through each step in both areas before starting to make sure we were all on the same page. He asked a couple of questions about the grout color and then made sure just before the grout work to be safe.

When finished, we went through both areas in detail and he explained the best way to clean both areas going forward. I would welcome Josh and Frido back if I ever needed any other work. I am very happy with both areas, they look like new.
