I have used Sir Grout at two different home (for a total of five showers), and I have been very pleased with both experiences. The employees who worked in my current home (Anthony and Andrew) were polite and thorough. In fact, as we were doing the review of the completed work, Anthony noticed a caulking area around the shower head that he had missed. He took the tools back out of the truck to complete the job. I appreciated that, because I had not noticed the spot, and he easily could have left it.

Great company... Great service! They take their time and cater to what their customers want. We wanted to make sure that the grout's matches with the color of the tiles and they spend their time mixing it to the closest color possible. I ended up with two bathrooms with perfectly grouted/caulked shower and shower tub!

Overall the work was great. Ann arrived on time for the estimate. She was very honest and helpful. She answered all of my questions regarding the work. She also gave me time to make a decision. The technician that came for the work was on time and very courteous. He was very efficient and conscientious. Overall I am very satisfied with the work. My floors look brand new. I also appreciated the detailed care instructions they provided.

I hired Sir Grout to do two things, polish some old marble tabletops, and to fix some cracks in the grouting in my bathroom. Initial inspection and estimation by Ann was great. She was professional, to the point, not pushy at all. Left me with an estimate and time to decide. When I was ready to go, she handled everything via email.

Actual work done was good. Service tech, Kevin, was on time, polite, and kept everything quite neat. The bathroom work was alright. Just a silicon caulk applied to the cracked expansion joints as promised. Kevin did not remove the existing grout, but the silicon was applied well enough that it seems like it will last. Ok service at a reasonable price.

The marble polish, on the other hand, was astounding. Lots of labor, done at a very reasonable rate, and the result was an incredible upgrade. The marble table looks like new again. Incredible work. I would more than likely use Sir Grout again.

The work took about 6 hours. We are very pleased with the outcome. Old grout and clear caulk were cut out, the shower was thoroughly cleaned and finally the grout was refreshed, repaired or replaced. Very good attention to detail. I would recommend this service to others.

I highly recommend this company. It took awhile to get on the calendar for an estimate, but it was worth the wait. Our technicians, Carlos and Anthony, did an excellent job! They reviewed everything with me before they started, and checked in as they went to make sure I was satisfied. They went above and beyond to make sure their work was excellent quality.
