Very, VERY happy I contacted this company. Not only did they do a good job, they made the process so easy to set up, and got the guy in here to do the job. Initially, I dealt with Ann. She was fast, efficient and organized. We did a facetime consultation and within minutes after the consultation, she sent me an email detailing the proposal and the projected estimate. I immediately agreed, signed the contract, and sent it back to her. Within a week, a guy showed up on time for the appointment and did the job! I am very satisfied, highly recommend these guys. And btw, the final quote was very reasonable!

Sir Grout did a fantastic job in our unit! Their customer service and workers were very nice, knowledgeable, and thorough. If you are looking to refresh your dirty grout lines, clean tile/stone and re-caulk old lines look no further! They brightened up our bathrooms and they look so clean and shiny. It feels like we have new bathrooms! We had them resurfaced our marble vanities to make them more shiny and they look amazing. It was an investment financially but certainly cheaper than a bathroom remodel.
Sir Grout was very responsive to my needs for getting my marble shower cleaned on time, since I was moving out of state, and needed to get my house on the market. The office and tech made sure I knew exactly when he would be there, and he spent the time to make sure the results looked outstanding.
