It's hard to see the real results in the photos, but I am very satisfied with the work the crew from Sir Grout did over two days across two of my bathrooms. The marble looks brand new and shiny and the grout and silicone look amazing. It is expensive and it doesn't get rid of every mark, but I think it's worth it. From Ann who came out to quote, to the guys who did the actual work, everyone was very nice and took the time to explain options and answer questions.

Sir Grout was extremely professional, timely, efficient and did incredible work! Scheduling and doing the initial FaceTime walk-through of the work to be done with Dan was easy and thorough, and Felix our technician did excellent grout and caulk work in some tricky spots in our shower and tub, and also repaired some broken grout spots on our onyx floor to prevent further damage. Price was very reasonable for the quality of the work, and they were on time and got me scheduled quickly. In this day and age when many services don't return calls or emails, responsiveness and timeliness matter more than ever. I am extremely satisfied with the work and would use them again in the future in a heartbeat.

I have been abusing my bathroom's marble floor, cleaning with all the wrong products, for 10 years. My previously glistening polished marble floor was beginning to look like the sidewalk 😢 I contacted several stone professionals - several of whom took days to return my call, and one of which kept delaying their time of arrival for the estimate, until I gave up (that was their best foot forward?), got estimates, and chose Sir Grout. I am very pleased. The 3 gentlemen who cleaned and sealed the tiles in my two bathrooms, kitchen and hallway were efficient, polite, answered my questions. My tiles look marvelous. I would highly recommend this service for those who need hard surface cleaning and restoration.
