I am so happy we hired Sir Grout to clean and re-grout our shower and bathroom floor. They did a fantastic job and were incredibly professional and accommodating. Our technician Eddie arrived right on time. He considerately put on shoe covers he brought with him and then walked me through the process while providing smart suggestions. We are repeat customers of Sir Grout. Dan, the owner, is fantastic with his abilities to estimate the work needed (even virtually by FaceTime) and ensuring everything goes as planned. They have repaired grout and replaced caulk in various places in our home. They also fixed up epoxy joints in countertops, etc. I can't recommend them highly enough. That's why we keep calling them back out whenever we need any help with grout, caulk, etc.

For some background, I was not happy with the work another contractor did when completing my bathroom renovation in the summer of 2020 (height of the uncertainty to come in the pandemic) and was desperate to have things fixed, and done right. I read reviews on Yelp and other review sites about the service that Sir Grout did in other's homes and made a call to get an estimate. I've worked with Dan twice now and he's great - providing friendly/relatable service, an affordable estimate, and scheduling my service quickly. The first service was to repair the cracked grout in my floors and nearly 2 years later, they still look new! Today, I had my second service to reseal the grout on my subway tile on the walls and surrounding the bathtub. Both times, the servicemen were super friendly, helpful in answering my questions, were trustworthy, and they did an excellent job. As a repeat customer, I would highly recommend them to anyone asking and will use them again on other projects I have coming up.

I'm moving soon so wanted to refresh my terrazzo shower base which had water stains from 10 years. Called Sir Grout and received a quick response from Marissa (super nice) to setup an appt for next day. Once they (nice guys - sorry forget their names) came out, they sent estimate over in the afternoon and was all cool to proceed. Luckily they had an opening 2 days later. Jasmin came by and could not have been nicer - right on time and friendly. I tell you having a friendly contractor always puts my mind at ease. The results were amazing. It looks so good now. He also cleaned the porcelain floor and the grout lines. Looks almost brand new! Very happy with the service I received. Thanks, Sir Grout / Jasmin!
