Great work by Sir Grout, overall. They offer the convenience of a virtual appointment where Ann did a great job identifying areas that needed to be addressed. She quickly followed up with an estimate, which was fairly priced. The scheduling process was easy as well. On the day of, Andrew was punctual and methodical and did a great job grouting/caulking three bathrooms by himself. Would recommend Sir Grout!
They cleaned and restored the tile and grout in a large space. The guys who came out to do the job were punctual, hardworking, respectful of the property, and very friendly. Chris was our technician, he showed up on time, was very respectful of our house, was fast, and quiet, and most importantly did a really great job restoring our bathroom floor. Highly recommend! We had some unsightly mold and mildew in our shower tiles and grout that we could not get rid of no matter how we cleaned and found Sir Grout! We were able to do a virtual consultation and got a reasonable quote and was very easy to schedule. The best part was our technician Jasmin! It's clear Jasmin loves what he does and takes a lot of pride in his work. He explained everything and took his time doing really meticulous work. The end result is even better than I could've imagined and he explained to us how to take care of everything after! We will definitely be using them again and recommend Sir Grout and especially Jasmin!
