First time working with Sir Grout (but not with a grout and tile company) and they were really great! Super easy to schedule, did our quote over Zoom, scheduling was quick, and day of experience without any complaints. Eddie and Andrew were the technicians and they were both very polite, professional, and efficient. They were patient with me when I needed to make decisions on colors and gave very good advice to guide me. Ann in the office was also super easy to work with and very knowledgeable as well. Definitely will have them back when needed.

Great work. Our 10 year old tile shower had gotten mildew in the grout, they came out, steam cleaned it and sealed it very nicely. Looks great now. No mess during or after the job!

I'm delighted with my experience with Sir Grout. The quote from Ann was much more detailed than other quotes, and she was there to explain exactly what each element meant. This helped me to compare quotes and gave me a lot of confidence that Sir Grout would do an outstanding job. And they did! Jasmin is a craftsman who enjoys and takes well-deserved pride in his work. He was meticulous. In addition to extensive cleaning and caulking of stone and tile, he went over and above in fixing a large crack in my bathroom backsplash that resulted from a previous plumbing project. I was hoping it could be made a little less obvious. Jasmin did what I thought was impossible and made it indistinguishable from a natural vein. The man's an artist! (Also a very nice guy.) Sir Grout stands behind their work and goes the extra mile to ensure customers are happy.

Second time using Sir Grout and they did not disappoint. Our technician showed up on time, took a look at the project, and got to work. He did an amazing job and was in and out within a few hours making sure everything was just as clean as when he arrived. Amazing job!!

Sir Grout was great. Scheduling and doing a virtual estimate was quick and relatively painless. When the time came, Felix, the tech was on time. Work was quiet and neat with no mess and great results.

The work spruced our bathroom and shower up, as well. Would definitely use it again.
