Ann helped explain the process to me for what work will be getting done while making me feel comfortable by keeping me informed on all details of the work being done and the time frame of the job needed. Felix did a thorough job walking through the job site and working tirelessly to complete the job on time while displaying his craftsmanship perfectly.
Very professional, courteous. Eddie (great work replacing cracked tiles) and Tim and Chris cleaning and re-sealing a large kitchen, foyer, and laundry room area. Impressed by the quality of work of Eddie who was particularly meticulous and detailed in ensuring re-grouted lines were finished well and looked great. Answered every question I had. Sir Grout did a great job on replacing the grout and color sealing our master shower. They also did some patching of the bathroom floor and stabilizing a loose tile. There was a spot that they missed (it was under a step in the shower so hard to see), and they promptly came back to regrout the missed area. It was also easy and quick to schedule a quote and get the work done. They were a little expensive compared to other places we got quotes from, but I trust the quality of their work and felt more confident going with Sir grout. Overall, all great job!
