Sir Grout was recommended to me by a family member to fix the blackened grout on my tub when I bought my condo. That recommendation made my choice much easier. Today, Jose T (from Sir Grout of Chicago) came to do the job, and what a fabulous job he did! He was on time, courteous, and professional. He was prepared, efficient, and helpful. He walked me through the elements of the job before he started, answered all my questions, and left the tub area sparkling clean and bright, and way shinier (faucets) than it was when he started! Not only do the tiles and the new epoxy grout look phenomenal but there was no noise or smell to get it that way. Jose was quiet as a mouse while he worked and he cleaned the whole area up beautifully, worked efficiently, and was delightful. Thank you, Jose! You did an amazing job!

We wanted the grout to be sealed as well. They showed us a couple of color options besides what we had. They offered their opinion and we went with their suggestion. It looks better than the color we had had for years. The floor looks brand new.
