I hired Sir Grout to re-grout my walk-in shower. I had never heard of them before, but I was impressed by all the positive reviews online, so I decided to call them. My experience with them could not have been better!

They were responsive to my initial inquiry, scheduled an estimate quickly (giving me the choice of an in-home visit or online video appointment), scheduled the work quickly, were flexible when I needed to reschedule the appointment, and the technician who did the work was great, very nice, very neat, very knowledgeable, and beautiful end-product.

While I did not shop around the quote they gave me to see if I could do better elsewhere, I thought the quote was fair for the scope of work, and I was sold on the quality of the company based on my initial interactions with them. In the end, truly one of the all-time best experiences I've ever had with a home repair contractor! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Prompt problem evaluation, service, and resolution. Water leak in the master shower on the second floor with stone tiles. Restored grout and used epoxy sealer to help stop and prevent any potential breaches.
