Technician arrived timely. Was respectful of property and wore shoe covers. He accessed the job to confirm what the salesman had in the work order was accurate. While doing the job he kept me up to date during the process to make sure I was happy with the chosen colors. I absolutely recommend Sir Grout and Juan was a pleasure to work with.

Had kitchen, foyer, and bathroom tile floors restored to a more modern and cleaner brighter look today. Our technician John C was professional, considerate, and very neat in our home. The quality of his work is top notch, wish had done this 10 years ago! The estimator, Ann, was super knowledgeable and even more helpful. She is a big part of improving peoples homes !! We had a large marble island and bathroom vanity that took a great deal of abuse from previous owners. It was an expensive piece of marble that had been ruined with etching, ring marks and spots. The technicians from Sir Grout did a fabulous job restoring the marble. They were meticulous with their work and professional. They explained the process and were honest as to what we could expect. We are very pleased with the company and would use them again!

Felix did a terrific job caulking my shower. He stripped the old caulk, sterilized the space, and applied new silicone caulk to match the existing color. He was excellent, and I would recommend him to anybody.
