The entire process with Sir Grout was easy. From setting up the appointment to having the FaceTime call for the review and quote (Ann did a great job!) and finally to the service. Chris was the technician that came out and he was right on time, had clear details of the service that we were getting, and got right to work. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the issues with the tile in our bathroom. The results were better than we expected (in full disclosure we waited too long to call them but they were able to rescue the tile). We will go back to Sir Grout when the bathroom needs a professional sealing and touch up. I highly recommend them.

The technician was efficient, and conscientious, and gave me instructions to not wash the floor for 3 days so the sealant would dry properly, and left a bottle of cleaner that won't ruin the grout finish. He picked a good color that hopefully will hold for several years.
