Sir Grout came through when several other companies did not. They had to reschedule once, but were very apologetic and showed up right on time to the next appointment. The technician Jose was polite, friendly, and knowledgeable, and I appreciate all of the work he did. I will definitely recommend and use again if needed!
Chris did an excellent job on restoring my kitchen along with backslash and bathroom floor along with backslash. He took his time and he got it back to the color as if it was brand new. Good job Chris. Chris needs to be rewarded for his professionalism. Sir Grout is a little pricey but because it is a rental, I just took the hit and gave them a shot to do business with them. The before and after picture is real if you saw their ad on Facebook. We will have to negotiate a little better on price for the next rental.
