Excellent quality with professional on-time service technicians. They were in and out in a single day. My kitchen granite top, 2 bathrooms vanity tops, floors, and bath/shower wall stone tiles all brought back to life. The resurface process gets down toward the original stone surface. The polish levels range (mat to shiny) as requested. The tile grout is all repaired/replaced and the grout and tile surface is given a deep seal. Have already recommended them to others. Looks amazing!

Sir Grout did caulking, grouting, and sealing in our master bathroom and second full bathroom. The two technicians did a superb and thorough job. When they finished the job, our bathrooms looked brand new. They went above and beyond the work order by applying sealant to an area around our sink faucets that was stained over many years of usage, and now that area looks completely new.
Both prior to commencement of the work and after the work was completed, they took the time to explain everything to us. We will definitely use Sir Grout in the future for work in our kitchen and other parts of our house where there is stone.

The service provided by Sir Grout exceeded my expectations. Andrew, the technician, is professional and knowledgeable. He did an outstanding job in restoring the tile and grout throughout the master bathroom, in addition to re-grouting the shower floor. The floor and wall tiles look like new. I highly recommend engaging Sir Grout as an alternative to tile replacement.
I know that it is important to seal counters to avoid stains, and I knew it was time to do it when spilt food required scrubbing to remove. Our shower was discolored from excess water, despite daily squeegee use and regular cleaning. I'd used Sir Grout in the past, and called for a quote. Spending money on maintenance is hard, but I felt much better having done it. Our service person, Eddie, spent hours cleaning and sealing (plus he went above and beyond to steam clean an unquoted area for us) and in addition to the immediate improvement, everything continues to look so much better.
