I wish I had a "before" picture. We bought a new condo. Very nice place, but had recently converted from rentals, and the bathrooms, while nicely finished, were showing their age. The marble floors, in particular, were stained and dingy-looking. Stains in the marble. Dull surface. Grimey-looking grout. Sir Grout just did the first one, and honestly, it couldn't look any better if we'd ripped apart the bathroom and installed brand-new flooring.

We literally have what looks like a brand-new, shining, sparkling marble floor in that bathroom. Needless to say, they're coming back to do the other one. Can't recommend highly enough. I don't know what's in their bag of magic tricks, but it works.
