We needed new caulking in our master shower since we were having leaks, causing moisture under our floor tiles and mold in the corners. The gentleman who came to do the work got rid of all the mold, and actually matched the gray color of our grout to the caulk he was using, which color was very close. Called on a Friday, had an in-person quote Monday morning, and the work was completed the next day by 2p.m on a primary bathroom and another full bath with shower.
Jose & Tim did the work. They arrived on time, suggested 2 color matches for the tile work: grout for floors, and both bathrooms. I liked their input and offered a 3rd color! Above and beyond. We chose 2 different colors. The end result was everything I hoped for and more.
The mold that seeped into the grout and the tiles in bad shape all looked BRAND new after Jose and Tim were done. They re-grouted some shaky floor tiles near the shower. Very satisfied with their prompt and friendly service from start to finish. The office staff was friendly and prompt as well.
