Sir Grout did a really wonderful job on the grout on the floor in all three of my bathrooms. The bathrooms look new and the floors themselves are so clean and fresh. His workers were prompt, polite, got the job done in a few hours and cleaned up. I highly recommend him. Take care.

This was a new project for me and I had no idea how much it would cost. My grout was discolored from years of hard water, and I had started to lose the battle with mold and mildew around the tub. I got three estimates, and Sir Grout had the best price and reputation for the job. I had an in-home consultation and got a written estimate on the spot. Once I picked Sir Grout, the work was scheduled and completed quickly. The repairing and patching necessary was extensive, so I pretty much got all new grout in the shower and they cleaned and re-caulked the rest of the bathroom. They finished the whole project in about 4 hours, with very little mess. Probably the best part, other than a clean and sanitary shower, is they gave me some sealant and instructions on how to keep it looking great.
Following their tips, the caulk and grout still looks as good as the day they finished the job more that a year later!
To my surprise, they contacted me recently to see how their work was holding up. They do a top notch job and provide excellent customer service. I highly recommend Sir Grout!

The work was fantastic, start to finish. We cook extensively, and messily, and the backsplash looked pretty bad. We did not think it could be repaired and still look good, but we wanted to believe the before-and-after pictures on the Sir Grout web site. Dan did not have a white/ivory that matched our grout, but he was able to create a custom color match. He spent a good amount of time with me to get just the right blend, and he had patience and a smile throughout, even though it was a fixed price bid (which might have incented him to rush me, which he did not). He also gave me some of the leftover materials, for touch up. The kitchen bathroom caulk was also repaired and similarly looks like new. We initially received a comprehensive quote for several rooms in our house, and we decided to skip some of the other rooms because we thought the price was too high. I almost marked the price as a "B" in this review. Although I believe the price was a bit high based on pure math with labor hours and materials, the value we received was much higher than the price we paid. (So keep that in mind if you are looking at a similarly high estimate.) The backsplash looks like brand new, and it is gorgeous. We are now considering doing one or two other projects in the house with Dan and Sir Grout. Dan and his assistant were true professionals, and it was a pleasure doing business with them.

Sir Grout is an exemplary company. I called them because I was unhappy with the previous company I hired to clean and seal my grout. The work looked great when the previous contractor finished the job; however, it didn't last nearly as long as I was promised. Needless to say, within a year, I was right back where I started.

My experience with Sir Grout turned out to be completely the opposite. The sales team was very professional, providing a detailed explanation of the work that would be completed at my home, in writing. The price was higher, but comparable to what I had previously paid.

Sir Grout's workers were timely, courteous, and professional grouters. They completed a clean and color seal of my entire bathroom - including the shower and the bathroom floor. The finished work looked very similar to my first grout clean and seal experience. The difference was that it actually lasted!

My grout looks just as good today as when the job was finished a year and a half ago. I also received a five-year written warranty from Sir Grout, so I am confident the work will continue to hold up well into the future.

I would highly recommend Sir Grout to anyone who is looking to have a long lasting and professional grout clean and seal completed.

They finished the job in one day. They didn't waste any time. Asked me questions when needed. Kept any construction debris to a minimum and picked up after themselves. The bathrooms were left clean. They had me walk around and check the areas before they left to make sure I was satisfied. This was one of the best companies I've ever worked with.

The workers that came here were great. They were very respectful and hard working. My tile and grout had gotten cracked and brown looking. So I called Sir Grout and they came out within a few days and gave me a few options. They gave a detailed estimate of the planned work. When they came in, the process was very quick, clean and easy. I feel the price was very fair, the work was excellent, and I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

It went great! I scheduled them in December 2012. The guys were on time, professional, and worked all day. They made the floors look new again. Keeping the floors clean has been much easier. It has been almost six months and the floors still look almost new. By this time, I would have been on my hands and knees scrubbing the ground-in dirt.
