Three professionals worked for about 6 hours on their hands and knees, in some difficult places to get the tile and grout as clean as could be expected. They were professional, and respected the house as they moved through to get to the bathroom. The leader took time at 7pm on a saturday evening to walk us through the care and maintenance to make sure we understood how to keep the tile and grout looking clean and new. He explained various cleaning agents and the ones they recommend and why, and the things to avoid as not to ruin the tile. By the end of the service, these men looked very tired, but my bathroom looked like new again. I would recommend them to anyone and will use them again if I have the need.
The service from Sir Grout on Clybourn was amazing. First the sales person was efficient and answer all our questions. The technicians who did the work were neat and clean. Since we had two bathrooms they had to come out twice. Each time was done in a professional manner. After 16 years our bathrooms look new and we are now ready to paint. We are looking forward to using them to clean and seal the granite on our fire place and kitchen counters.
Dan gave me an estimate for grout repair and stain removal in two bathrooms. He arrived on time and with a great attitude. I got an immediate written, comprehensive estimate which I accepted. He scheduled me for an appointment within the week. Dom and Trey, the technicians, were courteous and prompt. The work was more difficult than estimated but Trey and Dom did an outstanding job, the tile grout and caulk look like new. They were cleanly and obviously take pride in the quality of their work. I highly recommend Sir Grout.

Cleaned natural stone floors, countertops, marble countertop in bathroom that was very stained. And marble floor in shower.
The estimate was prompt and detailed. The team showed up on time and finished on time. The work area was spotless when they left.
Sir Grout washed the floor with a mop. Using a long grout line brush, cleaned the grout line. Then applied a color sealed grout color that I choose from a group of 3 colors. Finally mopped over area . The floor looked brand new. Sir Grout gave me instructions on how to care for my ColorSeal floor
They were suppose to be at my house at 8:30. There was a glich in the scheduling and they did not arrive until about 12:30. They were very apologetic. I spoke with the owner of the company the following day and he could not have been nicer. My floors looked AWESOME and are much easier to take care of.
The work on this job was more than anyone anticipated at the start. We had a leak underneath our tile. We had to remove and replace all of the grout in the shower, remove and replace 1/2 of the tiles on the floor. We had a little issue that the sales rep, Ann, smoothed out. She was there on every detail, making sure all issues were covered, as agreed. All involved did a great job to make our bathroom look beautiful again!
