I'm happy with the results from Sir Grout. Our bathroom tile is 80 years old, with tiny grout lines that probably hadn't been deep-cleaned or sealed in decades. In just a few hours, the grout went from black to white.
The whole process was quick, reasonably priced, and the results were better than I expected. Definitely worth it if you want to freshen up an older bathroom without going through a full renovation.
Fantastic work - professional, hardworking, friendly and efficient. They made all of our floors and showers look like new and sparkling clean.
From the first phone contact, everyone I interfaced with from Sir Grout was professional, friendly, efficient, and skilled. Ann, whom I'd met nine years ago, did a virtual assessment of the areas needing work. This is a post-pandemic change that saves the company and client time and money. We then received a comprehensive agreement regarding the work order, where all questions are answered, and the process is spelled out.
Jasmin arrived on time, and did the work on his own. He did a beautiful job polishing a two-sink marble vanity, which now looks like new. Then he transformed our double stall-shower floor from truly unsightly to looking brand new. I was amazed. He went above and beyond what had ever been done before. As others have mentioned in their reviews, Jasmin is highly skilled, very pleasant, informative, and tidy. He took the time he needed and left the workspace in perfect shape.
We highly recommend the company. They truly give new life to these old surfaces. We couldn't be happier with the outcome!

Tim, Juan, and John C are truly some of the most talented craftsmen in Chicago! I am in awe of how amazing my kitchen and bathroom floors look. They spent all day, meticulously attending to my prewar tiny subway tile bathrooms and my kitchen. My bathroom tiles are super tiny, like 1"x1.5", and they still were able to make them look shiny and new! I cannot reiterate enough how detailed and clean they were. These guys were here for almost 10 hours and never once complained. They left everything spotless; no trash or old grout was anywhere to be found. They even ended up having to park down the block, so every time they needed something, they had to walk a block to and from their truck and still never complained! These guys are truly the real deal. They were professional, prompt, and did a perfect job. Make sure to request Tim, Juan, and John C for your project. You will not be disappointed!
I don't have a great before photo, but it was a filthy mix of brown and dirt. It now looks brand new!
Jullian promised me a professional restoration of my tired 20-year-old bath. Tim fulfilled those promises beyond my expectations. Extremely pleased!
I started out with a shower leak problem and contacted several companies. Julian, at Sir Grout was very responsive, explained the process, promptly gave me a reasonable quote and met the time frame I needed.
The excellent team of Andrew and Vinny, arrived on time, were careful with the surroundings, and went over and above my expectations. My leak problem was resolved and now I want my kitchen done!
