This is my second experience with Sir Grout, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. Recently, I moved into a new property with several areas—kitchen, hall, and shower/bath that had natural stone surfaces. The stone surfaces had not been cleaned or sealed for decades.

First, the initial video conference with Ann could not have been easier. I measured the rooms, we did a walkthrough using the camera on my phone, discussed the cleaning and treatment options, and then Ann sent me a quote. I accepted, and she scheduled my appointment. She is extremely knowledgeable and outstanding, and the process could not have been easier.

The service day was also excellent. Tim and Juan arrived exactly when they said they would! They covered all areas to protect other surfaces. Each area was cleaned and sealed to perfection, and they completed the work exactly when they said they would. The stone and the grout in all the areas look and feel brand new.

I am very impressed. The Sir Grout process and service are excellent. I would definitely use them again and would also recommend them!

When the grout and stone restoration service which I had previously utilized (and had not actually even been satisfied with) failed to respond to my multiple voicemails requesting an appointment, it was absolutely divine providence which led me to Sir Grout Chicago. I couldn't be happier with the outcome!

I was immediately impressed with Sir Grout Chicago's informative website. When I phoned, the new customer appointment representative, Conrad, was courteous and knowledgeable in answering all of my questions and scheduling me for a free estimate.

Sales manager John promptly arrived at my home, assessed all of its granite and marble installations, patiently educated me about proper stone maintenance, and provided me with a very reasonable quote for the required work.

John is clearly a stone expert and I genuinely enjoyed him sharing his substantial knowledge with me. Project scheduler Marissa was equally professional and a pleasure to interact with, as she set my stone restoration appointment for a date and time that perfectly conformed to my own work schedule. And then there was Jasmin: "the sultan of stone" and "grandmaster of grout"!! This extraordinarily talented craftsman far exceeded not only my expectations, but much more importantly, those of "the boss": my wife, who literally wept for joy when she saw his miraculous restoration of the granite and marble in our home. Jasmin is truly an exceptionally gifted professional who clearly takes tremendous pride in consistently surpassing his customers' expectations.

As a result, my wife and I will never consider utilizing any other grout and stone restoration service other than Sir Grout Chicago. Owner Dan Lundstedt, you have a "dream team" of outstanding professionals whom I trust that you are appropriately rewarding for their superb performance because they unquestionably deserve it.
