Very happy with the work done. Tim was excellent: thorough and precise: the shower looked like new after he was done. He removed mold stains and re-grouted cracked corner joints. He cleaned up afterwards, and went through the range of products we might use for future cleaning, and made his recommendations from products we can buy at a big box store.
The price was a bit higher than their competition, but the other company put us off with their religious messaging in every email, as if to say we should hire them just because they are Christian. With Sir Grout, it was just the business, learning what the issues were in advance, and answering every question we had.

Highly recommended. All of the grout in my shower started crumbling after only a couple of years (I don't think the contractor ever sealed it). Sir Grout cleaned out all the old grout, cleaned the tiles, and re-grouted. Looks like a brand-new shower, and they matched the grout color perfectly with the other walls that were fine. It cost $1,600 which was much less than the $2,200 quote I got from someone else. They also came exactly on time.
