Everything went smoothly, from the efficient quote-process, to scheduling, to the on-time arrival of the one-man crew, to the transformation of our shower stall from embarrassing and immensely challenging to clean, to looking beautifully brand new.

True Chicago-based local business that i will continue supporting! Ann has been always helpful on services and solutions that I need and she's also very friendly. Furthermore, our technician Juan came to fix our grout and deep clean of shower area. He made sure what I was getting for service and checked in with me mid-point to make sure the expected outcome is it what we have agreed on. He also did phenomenal job on caulking as well!
Outstanding results, and from start to finish with communication, timeliness, clean up, etc. Thumbs up! The bathroom feels transformed!
