They arrived less than 24 hours from the time I called. I wasn't happy about the reviews of the franchised tile cleaning companies, so I decided to give Sir Grout a try. They appeared to be more experienced. My tile floor and grout looked like the floor of a hot dog gyro stand.
The employee arrived early, the 170 sq ft kitchen took about 3 hours to clean. The tile and grout now looks like it did when it was installed 15 years ago. Very satisfied with the price, it saved me at least 2 days of labor, not including equipment rental.

I had a white kitchen tile floor that needed some love after 20 years of use. The grout was in bad shape and, after the tiles were cleaned, the grout was redone and the floors now look brand new. I was very impressed with the service and results.
