Sir Grout was a recommendation from a handyman I met. After reviewing their site and other reviews, I got an estimate from John, who was very eager to help and assured me they could do the job. I don't have anything to compare to as far as pricing or service, but I wanted the job done regardless (20-year-old tile/grout needed repairing! We only have one shower, so timing was important to us — when taking a shower out of commission. Scheduling was easy and confirmed the day before. Eddie arrived early. He walked through the estimate and answered all my questions, so I knew what to expect, and I confirmed with John what Eddie and I talked about.

Eddie was there all day and had a great attitude. Our entry floor and half bath floor were cleaned, buffed and a perfect color seal was applied to the grout. It looks like new. The shower was a bigger job! Confirmed with Eddie and John, they repaired the eroding grout by adding new grout and color seal in all the areas around the window, then added the epoxy caulk along all corners in trim. It looks great!

Eddie did explain that our glass block window is on an outside wall, so the fluctuation of temps tends to be harder on the grout. Also, cleaning supplies like bleach can really erode it too. I'm looking forward to seeing how the shower holds up. We are waiting 48 hours to make sure it cures.

Everything about the experience was easy and fast. The technician recognized a big problem, worked with an advisor and came up with a solution. And they did not change what was originally quoted for the job.

Excellent service. The company and its personnel Jose came on time, was respectful of the property and completed the tasks of grouting and re-caulking the bath areas including the removal of customer installed caulking. I would highly recommend their service.

Liked the use of FaceTime to show problems with my caulk, and shower sweep too. The whole process was quick and efficient from start to finish, The person that came in to do the job, Felix, did a great job, and he was very nice. Not only did we have him redo the cock around the tub and replace the shower sweep, we also had him to clean up and reseal the marble tile in as well throughout the whole shower area. Everything looks great, and I'm sure it will last for quite a while. My Bldg. Engineer recommended Sir Grout to me, and I would highly recommend them to anyone else.

The gentleman who performed the work, Jose, was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. He provided input when we had questions and was so friendly and polite! Sir Grout is so fortunate to have Jose on its staff!
