We are so pleased with the beautiful results that Sir Grout Chicago and technician Juan provided. Our ceramic tile kitchen looks as new as it did in 2001 when it was installed!

I've used Sir Grout Chicago many times and have always been satisfied with the results. This last service call went exceptionally well. My point of contact was extremely responsive, and they made sure I was updated throughout the process. The techs were solicitous, diligent, and made sure all issues were completely resolved.
Excellent experience with Sir Grout Chicago from start to finish. They arrived on time to start work at 8am on our scheduled day and worked efficiently to regrout two bathrooms, plus redo some caulking. John and Felix were expert technicians, and we would highly recommend them for service.
Scheduling a quote was easy and had the option of virtual or in-person. I chose in-person. Julian arrived, reviewed my project and made several recommendations. He was pleasant, professional and not high pressure. He took pictures and sent me a competitive quote within an hour of his visit.
We were able to schedule the job just two days later. Jonathan was the tech for my job. He was on time and did a great job. He made two additional recommendations: a new sweeper for the bottom of the glass door and a re-caulking of the vanity with epoxy instead of the silicone that was used previous. I elected to do both, and he was able to add those items and still finish the same day.
Both Jonathan and Julian were very professional and pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend both to family and friends. Thank you, Julian and Jonathan.
