Felix arrived promptly ,assessed my situation, and was able to work around it. My tile kitchen floor needed a cleaning l could not do. He worked quietly for three hours and the transformation is wonderful. The tile and grout look beautiful and like new. I am very happy to recommend the company. And Felix.
Tim arrived right on time, 9:00 am and he worked straight until 4:00 pm. My old shower looked as if it had been re-tiled!! The grout looked fresh and new, with no black areas on the floor of the shower. It looked brand new. I felt it was well worth the money.

Sir Grout was wonderful to work with - Jonathan was professional and meticulous - it was not an easy job and he and Alex got to it, without complaint and plenty of "elbow grease." Highly recommend!
I highly recommend Sir Grout. I had tried everything to get the old stains off our shower floor but never succeeded. So I called Sir Grout. Both the person who came out to give us an estimate and the technician who did the work were very friendly and professional. They did a fantastic job on our shower - it looked like new when they were done!
