We are extremely happy with the work Tim did on our walk-in shower and counter.
The grout and caulk he replaced look beautiful — smooth, perfectly straight, and expertly done. He also repaired a loose tile, which looks great. He was efficient and worked hard.
The last two contractors who worked on this shower in the past did a lousy job. Tim's results are head and shoulders above theirs.
Brian, the sales manager, was also very helpful when he gave us an estimate. Sir Grout was not the cheapest quote we got, but their superior materials and their workmanship were worth the price.
The bathroom project started and was completed as we agreed upon. Tech was very neat. The bathroom looks new. Not inexpensive, but well worth the $'s.
Sir Grout did a great job cleaning and re-grouting our bathrooms.
Tim is very good and did a great job! Ann provided very good email communication, and we had a smooth process for this project!
