My experience with Sir Grout Chicago was a pleasure from start to finish. John, the company's sales manager, thoroughly explained the condition of my bathroom tile and clearly described the services his technicians could provide to remedy the issues. Techs Jonathan and Tim arrived on time and worked efficiently to get the job done.

Before starting, Jonathan clearly explained what he was about to do and made sure I had no questions about the process. He and Tim left my bathroom and area outside that room in pristine condition. Nothing for me to clean up! My bathroom now looks as if it had a total makeover. I am very pleased with the work done by Jonathan and Tim. I recommend Sir Grout Chicago without hesitation.

I was a little uncertain about hiring a national type franchise company for my bathroom floor removal, but I wanted someone who really understood the grout process because my original installer, only five years ago, did a poor job.

I am very pleased to say that Sir Grout Chicago did a really good job at a very fair price. They showed up right on time, completed the job in less than a day and dramatically improved the appearance of our master bath floor. I was very pleased and can highly recommend.

I would like to say a big thank you to John for setting up the appointment for the technician to come out and restore our kitchen, foyer, laundry and powder room.

Our technician, Froy, was prompt, professional, polite and hardworking for the long hours he was in our home. He was also assisted by another technician, Juan, who was also awesome and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond in providing great customer service, being sure that we were pleased with everything.
