Had a leak from the floor of my shower and Felix came out and did a great job of explaining what needed to be done to fix it. He then proceeded to complete the work in a professional manner. He cleaned up after and the shower looks great. Very happy with the job he did.
We purchased a high-rise condo unit in 2010 that had undergone extensive rehab in 2008 with high-end finishes, including filled travertine marble tile floor to ceiling in each of the two bathrooms. When the time came to freshen the grout and natural stone tile, Sir Grout was recommended by the contractor for the previous owner. We were so impressed with their service, we've never varied and rely upon them to keep our beautiful bathrooms in like-new condition. They stand by their work down to the last detail.
Felix did a great job regrouting and sealing our shower. He was professional, efficient, and made the process super smooth.
