Technician arrived timely. Was respectful of property and wore shoe covers. He accessed the job to confirm what the salesman had in the work order was accurate. Had kitchen, foyer, and bathroom tile floors restored to a more modern and cleaner brighter look today. Our technician John C was professional, considerate, and very neat in our home.
