True Chicago-based local business that i will continue supporting! Ann has been always helpful on services and solutions that I need and she's also very friendly. Furthermore, our technician Juan came to fix our grout and deep clean of shower area. He made sure what I was getting for service and checked in with me mid-point to make sure the expected outcome is it what we have agreed on. He also did phenomenal job on caulking as well!

I don't usually post reviews, but this was a fantastic experience and I have to share it. I've tried re-caulking my shower myself in the past, but after living in the same condo for over 20 years, it was time for a professional.

Ann did a virtual estimate for me and I was ready to go. Froy arrived exactly on time and walked me through everything: removing the old caulk, the new color he'd be using, and resealing my grout. He spent five hours on the job and it shows. My bathroom looks fantastic! Now I just have to wait 48 hours to use it.

I'm so impressed, and I'll be recommending Sir Grout and Froy to everyone.
